Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Middle East, South Asia and most of Europe.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard international shipping takes 7–20 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

My order hasn't arrived in 30 days. What do I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, please contact us at support@novabaazar.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged. What now?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@novabaazar.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll make it right.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If it's been more than 15 business days, please contact us.
